Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery 7–10 business days. This includes order processing, packaging, and transit time. Delivery times may vary by location.

Delivery Charges

Below 101 PPV order delivery charges of Rs. 100+ GST (applicable) will be charges and any order above 101 PPV will be delivered free of cost except selected ODA PIN Code.

Delivery Process

You’ll be contacted by the delivery provider to schedule a convenient delivery slot (between 8 AM and 10 PM). Be available and ensure the path to the delivery location is clear.

Who Can Receive the Order?

Either you or a representative (18+ years) must be present to sign for the delivery. Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.

Upon Delivery

Check your order before signing the Delivery Note. Report any visible damage, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours. Signing without notes means full acceptance.

Special Deliveries (Tradeshows/Freight Forwarders)

Contact us in advance for deliveries to tradeshows, convention centers, or freight forwarders. Extra information and fees may apply.

Address Changes

Once placed, delivery addresses cannot be changed. To update, the order must be cancelled and re-placed.

Delivery Attempts

Up to 1 attempt will be made. If undelivered, your order returns to the warehouse and only product value will be refunded (no shipping). Re-delivery will incur extra fees.
