If you're not satisfied or receive a defective product, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please contact the distributor or company you purchased from, provide a reason, and return the item with the original invoice. The distributor will offer a refund or replacement. Returned products (with invoice) can be exchanged by the company or converted into a zero PV cash voucher (valid for 30 days).
